Eisenhauer's Chesapeake Harley-Davidson® offers additional Bonus Points opportunities to members of Chesapeake H.O.G.®.

Points will be automatically credited to your Loyal Rider Rewards account with each purchase of General Merchandise, Parts, Accessories and Labor. Points are available 24-72 hours after purchase. For every bonus point event, those points will be available 48-84 hours from the next business day. Points will not be credited for any warranty or accident repairs. Bonus points will be awarded for the purchase of Motorcycles, Extended Service Policies, Prepaid Maintenance and Winter Storage.

Returns are subject to a deduction of points earned from the original purchase.

Loyal Rider Rewards can only be used by the original customer who joined the program or a member of their immediate household. CH-D® reserves the right to request photo identification with the proper address. Only the ECH-D® Loyal Rider Rewards member account holder may redeem points to a Loyal Rider Rewards Coupon.

Points are earned for parts, merchandise and labor purchased at the retail price at the counter. Any parts, merchandise and labor included in a motorcycle deal will not earn any loyal rider rewards points. Points are not earned on sale items or during special events.

Points and rewards have no cash value and rewards cannot be redeemed then placed on account or a Gift Card. Points are redeemed to a coupon. The coupon will have an expiration of 30 days from print date.

Eisenhauer's Chesapeake Harley-Davidson® reserves the right to discontinue Eisenhauer's  Chesapeake Harley-Davidson® Loyal Rider Rewards Program and/or void all or a portion of the member’s point balance. This result would include scenarios in which points or gift cards have been issued, received, or redeemed through human or computer error, fraud or theft, through illegal means, or in any manner inconsistent with the intent of the program.

Eisenhauer's Chesapeake Harley-Davidson® reserves the right to modify or cancel the Eisenhauer's Chesapeake Harley-Davidson® Loyal Rider Rewards at any time.

All points are given at the discretion of Chesapeake Harley-Davidson®. Points can be changed, removed or added at any time and hold no cash value. Any or all discrepancies are decided by Eisenhauer's Chesapeake Harley-Davidson® management and the decisions are final.

Points earned with ECH-D®’s Loyal Rider Rewards Program do not expire.
