I recently purchased a 2003 FLSTC that JB showed me while I was making arrangements to have one of my other bikes serviced. I have purchased several bikes over the years at this dealership and have always been treated fairly and very well. Amy Lohoski in service...above and beyond my expectations...long story short...had a minor issue(not really an issue just concern) the next day after purchasing the bike(no baffles in exhaust) ...i wanted to buy baffles for it and Amy said they were not available for the slipons i had so they replaced the slipons with brand new ones!! Totally unexpected and unnecessary but deeply appreciated...best customer service experience ever in my life time.

3. The rest of the staff i met at Eisenhauer's in financing, apparel and parts, all very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable...Top Notch!!

I fell in love with the 2019 CVO Mako Road Glide when it was introduced September of '18. Having just bought a "17 RGS from Chesapeake over Memorial Day weekend "18, It took me until November '19 to pull the trigger.

Jimmy Lunney and Pete Eisenhauer went over the top to make this deal happen. Leaving with my new bike, the whole dealership made me feel like I was the only person to ever buy a bike from Chesapeake.

A week later I was talking with Ramsey Eisenhauer about my over the top experience, and he surprised me with something I wasn't expecting!

I would like to thank Jimmy in Sales, Grace in Finance, Bill in Parts, Erin in Motorclothes, and Bob in Service for all of their assistance with the purchase of my new 2020 Electra Glide Standard. I was looking for a used Sportster and found one here, the deal was done over the phone, I was headed up the next day to do the paperwork. The night before my sees this amazing 2007 Deuce on their website, the next day I call the sales guy, Bob and ask him to change over to the Deuce, all done. The next day I arrive at the Chesapeake and all is done and waiting. The previous owner, an employee and Bob went over every inch of that bike. Then you meet the folks in every department and they give you stuff, the girls in the accessories shop helped pick helmets, goggles and shirts for my wife and I. The whole process was a complete pleasure, I just wish they were not 1.5 hours away from where I live. Also that Deuce is high performance and chromed up, amazing ride.

Super customer service and care. I've been a customer since 2012. Traded in my 2011 Fatboy for a 2016 Heritage that was great but later found it to be too small for long trips. Traded it for a 2017 ElectraGlide that we love. Recently found out that Chris Wilhelm was now sales manager. Chris had been a close friend when he was sales manager for Thompson Jeep in Edgewood. Chris special ordered a 2016 Jeep Wrangler Hardrock when no one else could help us. A month later he also tracked down a 2016 Grand Cherokee Limited for my wife. This guy is so dedicated to the company and especially to customers. My wife and I were so pleased and excited to meet with Chris again!

On 5-3-15 I rode up to Chesapeake to inquire about having my sons tires and wheels installed. Spoke with Dick in service and as always he smiles and said what it takes to satisfy you as a customer. I brought in his tires and wheels from his motorcycle on 5-4-15. He gave me a great price and had the work completed in about an hour. Work was excellent. He always says thanks and tells me to have a great day and be safe.

The staff at Chesapeake H-D is always very nice and helpful, especially during our annual girl's Christmas Shopping Day. This last experience with Chesapeake is the Best experience ever. A part broke on my husband's bike and our local dealer was of no assistance to him. First sold him the wrong part, then told him the part was obsolete and could not help him any further. In frustration and not wanting to face the fact that riding was over for the year, we called Chesapeake. I explained the problem to Derek and he told me he would do some research and call me back since the part was obsolete. He called me back in about a half hour with a new part number and also 2 dealerships in the country that may have the part. Good News -- the part came yesterday and we will be riding by the weekend. Thank you Dereck! You were very nice, helpful and solved our problem. We will definitely deal with Chesapeake more often when we can.
